Delivery
International deliveries are carried on via DHL Express and DPD. You will receive your purchase in 4-7 working days after your order has been placed.
Deliveries to Romania and Bulgaria are carried out via Speedy. You will receive your purchase within 1-3 business days after your order has been confirmed
Shipping is free for orders above €150. Shipping cost for orders below €150 is €18 for countries within the EU and €20 for countries outside the EU.
Shipping is free within Romania for orders above 382lei. Shipping cost for orders below 382 lei is 28 lei.
Shipping is free within Bulgaria for orders above 150 lv. Shipping cost for orders below 150lv is 6 lv.
Exchange & Returns
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. Schedule your collection by contacting info@goddesshoes.com, or by using the return form in your personal account page and have your items sent back to us.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the EU might be responsible for taxes and duties.
Shipping for returns will be charged, the cost within the EU is 18 euros and outside the EU 20 euros.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call +359 899938299 internationally, from 9am-5pm GMT, Monday to Friday or email info@goddesshoes.com. If there are more than 2 issues outstanding, the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please try on your shoes on a carpet or similar platform, as our soles are very delicate and can be scratched easily. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
1. Email us at info@goddesshoes.com to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items. Please do not ship your exchange/return back without our authorization, as it will not be processed.
2. Confirm a convenient address, time and telephone number in order for us to generate a pick up label.
3. Once we receive and examine the items, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund, IF THE NEEDED ITEM IS ON STOCK.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
